Warehouse/Distribution: Order Filler - Reach Truck / Cherry Picker Full Time Manual Labor - Dallas DC, Coppell, TX, US Summary: To pull items efficiently and accurately according to customer order. Hourly Rate: Starting $20.00 per hour up to $23.64 per hour at 1 year of employment. Location: Dallas, TX Standard Work Hours: Multiple shifts available. Shift Options: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, Monday-Friday 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday-Friday Experience: Previous experience with stand‑up forklifts, clamp trucks, or order pickers preferred but not required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Pull all orders for the customer according to the prescribed picking quota set by management. Identify the proper product and quantity, pull the product, and transport the product to the checking station. Basic navigation on the computer is required. Use of voice picking and RF scanning equipment is required. Adherence to the Stockroom Housekeeping Policy of facility and specific product line area is required. Accuracy in repetitive routine is essential while maintaining good speed. Follow and adhere to all safety rules including handling hazardous materials. Experience with heavy equipment (forklift/ order selector) required; training will be provided. Qualifications Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Ability: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions; write legibly; communicate with voice picking system. Math Ability: Ability to add and subtract two‑digit numbers and to multiply and divide using tens and hundreds. Reasoning Ability: Apply common sense to carry out simple one‑ or two‑step instructions; handle standardized situations with occasional or no variables. Work Environment: Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; noise level loud. Physical Demands: Regular stand, walk, use hands and fingers; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling; occasionally required to climb or balance; forklift certification required; lift up to 60 pounds; move heavy product over 1,000 pounds with aids such as hand trucks, dollies, motorized cart, pallet jacks.
