As a CBRE Assistant Property Manager, you will support the higher staff in leading all aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial properties including marketing, operations, and financial activities. This job is within the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Previous commercial real estate property management experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Assistant Property Manager position is $80,000 annually [or $38.46 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Assistant Property Manager position is $90,000 annually [or $43.27 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
