Sales Manager Automotive Dealership Sky Automotive Group (a division of Salt Lake Valley Auto Group) is expanding in Utah County and seeking a driven, experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team at our Provo location. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to meet volume and gross profit goals Handle internet, phone, and walk-in leads to ensure consistent follow-up and closing performance Address and resolve customer satisfaction issues promptly and professionally Monitor and manage new and used vehicle inventory, including aging and turn rates Train and develop sales staff through one-on-ones, team meetings, and real-time coaching Implement strategies to maximize front-end gross, finance penetration, and trade-in conversions Collaborate with executive management to maintain a positive, accountable, and energetic sales floor culture Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs, company policies, and local regulations Qualifications Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience (management experience preferred) Proven leadership ability with a track record of sales performance Strong communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with CRM tools, desking software, and dealership DMS systems Must thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment What We Offer Competitive base salary + aggressive performance bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays A growing organization with advancement opportunities A team-focused, energetic, and supportive work environment
