Vice President Of Analytics, Insight, And Data Products
The Vice President of Analytics, Insight, and Data Products will be responsible for the creation of high-value data and actionable insights as well as the deployment of diagnostic and predictive analytical approaches including mathematical models, machine learning, artificial intelligence. This role will inform product strategy, sales and operations, marketing, and other business decisions that drive results to achieve the targets of Goodyear's Plan. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in data and analytics leadership, a deep understanding of advanced data and analytics techniques, and the ability to foster a data-driven culture across the organization.

- Business Analytics and Insights
- Enterprise Analytics and Insights
Key Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Applied Economics, Data Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field; Advanced Degree Preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in data, analytics, and insights, with experience leading large, multi-functional teams
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data and analytics strategies in a global organization
- Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus
Key Skills
- Expertise in advanced analytics, data science, machine learning, and AI
- Proficiency with analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Demonstrated ability using Monte Carlo simulations, Real Options, Simulations leveraging a Digital Twin, Causal inference, Bayesian Decision Analysis
- Strong understanding of data management, data governance, and data architecture
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
- Skilled in providing data-based advice to the senior executive leadership team
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
