Job Description

• Step into an Associate Chiropractor role centered on relationship-based care and continued practice growthwith a clear runway for the right doctor to move toward partnership or ownership.

• Provide confident, hands-on full-spine chiropractic care within an upper cervicalinformed and Activator-influenced framework.

• Establish trust through clear communication, thoughtful care planning, and a consistent patient experience.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree.

• Active Washington license (or ability to obtain promptly).

• Strong manual adjusting ability and comfort delivering full-spine care.

• Adaptable, open-minded, and willing to learn office-specific systems and protocols.

• Dependable, patient-centered, and professional in communication and follow-through.

Additional Information

• Base salary: $85,000+ (higher based on experience, fit, and adjusting ability).
