Parts Specialist

Serac is a global leader in filling, capping, and packaging machinery. We are hiring a Spare Parts Coordinator to keep our customers' production lines running. You will be the go-to person for parts orders, quotes, and fast turnarounds when a machine is down. What you'll do: Process customer quotes, orders, and RMAs from entry through delivery Source the right parts using drawings, schematics, and technical docs Partner with service and purchasing to expedite machine-down emergencies Follow up on open quotes and urgent shipments so nothing slips Keep order records clean for domestic and international shipments What you bring: Technical aptitude, comfortable reading mechanical, pneumatic, or assembly drawings Strong customer service and communication skills Organized and calm under deadline pressure Solid Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) 3+ years in parts coordination, maintenance, repair, or a similar technical customer-facing role Nice to have (not required): Packaging, filling, or capping equipment experience Bilingual Spanish or French (preferred not required) Established global OEM with a stable, growing US operation Hands-on technical work with direct customer impact Collaborative customer service and supply chain team Some lifting up to 25 lbs and time in a climate-controlled warehouse required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
