Receptionist – Roofing Company
Full-Time 

We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Receptionist to be the face of our roofing company! This is a front-desk position where you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and delivery drivers. If you’re organized, polite, and ready to keep things running smoothly, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner

• Answer and direct phone calls

• Sign for and manage incoming packages and deliveries

• Maintain cleanliness of the front office (vacuuming, tidying, etc.)

• Assist with filing paperwork and general office organization

• Support staff with occasional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Strong communication and people skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Basic computer and phone system knowledge

• Ability to stay organized and multitask

• Punctual and dependable

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred

Bonus if you have:

• Prior experience in an office or receptionist role

• Familiarity with the roofing or construction industry
