Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight of state legislation and support federal initiatives impacting artificial intelligence, data privacy, online safety and emerging technology policy
- Translate complex technical and policy issues into compelling narratives for policymakers and internal leaders.
- Partner closely with legal, policy, communications, product, and trust & safety teams to align advocacy and compliance strategies.
Ideal Background
We are seeking candidates who bring:
- 10+ years of experience in government affairs
- Experience within technology, digital platforms, AI, internet policy, cybersecurity, privacy, or other regulated industries.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to brief senior executives on complex policy developments.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate sensitive and high-profile issues.
