Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to address patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring interventions are responsive to individual client needs.

• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all information is secure and accessible only to authorized personnel.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to enhance patient care quality.

• Participate actively in case consultations and peer review meetings, sharing insights and strategies to foster continuous improvement in clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Spring Path Care Wellness, you will primarily serve adult clients confronting various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Through personalized intervention strategies, you will help guide these individuals on their journey to recovery and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas is essential.
