Regional Sales Director – Automotive Marketing & Technology
Remote Field Position | Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, or Southeast

About the Role
Are you a high-performing sales professional with deep roots in the automotive ecosystem? Team Velocity is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Regional Sales Director (RSD) to drive new business acquisition across our Eastern territory. In this role, you will leverage our industry-leading Apollo® platform to deliver omni-channel marketing technology to dealerships and OEM partners.

What You'll Do

• Drive Revenue: Prospect , consult, and close new Tier 3 dealership accounts to consistently achieve and exceed revenue quotas.
• Deliver Value: Conduct discovery and deliver tailored sales presentations (75% face-to-face, 25% virtual) that showcase the ROI of our technology.
• Build & Manage Pipeline: Utilize an omni-channel sales strategy to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Strategic Networking: Cultivate strong relationships with dealership decision-makers and regional OEM representatives.
• Master the Platform: Become an expert on Team Velocity’s product suite within your first 90 days to effectively position our solutions against market competition.

What You Bring

• Automotive Expertise: 5+ years of B2B sales experience within automotive marketing, tech platforms, agencies, or media sales.
• Dealership Knowledge: A deep understanding of dealership operations, decision-making structures, and local market dynamics. 
• Closing Power: A documented track record of proactive prospecting, pipeline management, and closing new business.
• Territory Mobility: Ability to travel extensively across the Eastern region (NE/SE/Mid-Atlantic) with easy access to a major airport. 
• Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and written communication abilities.
