Through strong supplier partnerships and proactive risk management, the team enables Marvell to maintain agility in a dynamic market, support innovation, and deliver cutting-edge technology to customers worldwide.What You Can ExpectStrategic Oversight & Decision-MakingSupport OSAT NPI sourcing activitiesNegotiate ad hoc charges with OSAT partnersStakeholder & Relationship ManagementManage and maintain strong relationships with OSAT partners and internal stakeholdersPrepare QBR materials including formatting decks and compiling dataLead internal alignment meetings and OSAT pre-QBR sessionsProcess Ownership & GovernanceSupport internal NPI process alignment, system enhancements and process improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with audit requirements including SOX and ISO standardsManage and resolve issues related to OSAT sourcing processes and requestsFinancial & Cost AnalysisConduct cost analysis and comparisons for OSAT servicesValidate and compile AOP savingLeadership & Transition ManagementProvide guidance and mentorship to junior staffCoordinate with cross-functional teams for strategic initiatives including SQE projects and QBR preparationWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field3+ years of procurement experience in semiconductor field, preferably in OSATStrong analytical, negotiations, and relationship management skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teamsExpected Base Pay Range (USD)76,720 - 114,900, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
