Aspiring Surgical Technologist Trainee CST Pathway
United Surgical Partners
United Surgical Partners International (USPI) is seeking a CST Trainee for an entry-level development path at our orthopedic surgery setting. The role focuses on structured classroom instruction, supervised clinical experiences, and hands-on practice to prepare for certified surgical technologist credentials.
You will participate in Stepful education, assist in operating room preparation, and learn sterile techniques while advancing through competency milestones.
