Lumicity is seeking an experienced Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead the preconstruction process on a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects. You will develop accurate budgets, drive value engineering, and collaborate with clients and project teams from concept through project turnover. Responsibilities include leading conceptual estimating, budgeting, GMP development, reviewing drawings for risks, managing subcontractor bidding, and mentoring junior estimators. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lumicity
