Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bilingual/Spanish)

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (In-Person)
Location: Richmond, CA
Caseload & Setting:
- Home-based services
- Approximately 20 total cases
- Primarily early intervention population, with a small number of school-age clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments
- Develop individualized treatment and Behavior Support Plans
- Provide one-on-one parent coaching and caregiver training
- Model implementation of individualized ABA programs
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification
- CPI certification
- Experience in early intervention and home-based ABA services
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical standards
- Excellent communication skills (Spanish fluency required)
- Strong data analysis and clinical decision-making skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Empathy, professionalism, and patience
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- New graduates are welcome to apply. Senior-level BCBA experience is a plus.
