Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bilingual/Spanish)

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (In-Person)

Location: Richmond, CA

Caseload & Setting:

• Home-based services
• Approximately 20 total cases
• Primarily early intervention population, with a small number of school-age clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments
• Develop individualized treatment and Behavior Support Plans
• Provide one-on-one parent coaching and caregiver training
• Model implementation of individualized ABA programs

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification
• CPI certification
• Experience in early intervention and home-based ABA services
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical standards
• Excellent communication skills (Spanish fluency required)
• Strong data analysis and clinical decision-making skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Empathy, professionalism, and patience
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• New graduates are welcome to apply. Senior-level BCBA experience is a plus.
