*What You'll Do*
As the go-to IT support resource, you'll provide end-to-end technical support and ensure outstanding user experience.
*Key Responsibilities*

* Serve as a primary support resource for IT related issues
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
* Manage and resolve tickets while maintaining SLAs and best practices
* Own new hire onboarding, including account creation and equipment setup
* Support Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, VDIs, and tablet platforms
* Provide Active Directory and Group Policy support
* Support business applications, SaaS tools, and collaboration platforms
* Troubleshoot and support MDM solutions
* Maintain and support standard and custom system images
* Assist with server, networking, phone systems, and VPN access
* Document solutions and help improve IT processes and standards
* Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams when needed

*What We're Looking For*
*2+ years Experience in:*

* IT support environments
* Windows and macOS desktop support
* Active Directory and account management
* Office 365 and G-Suite support
* SaaS applications (Okta or other SSO, Slack, Zoom, Jira)
* MDM platforms (JAMF, Kandji, or similar)
* Ticketing systems and queue management
* Network and hardware troubleshooting
* VPN and access support
* Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user device

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
