Part-Time Endo Job in Princeton, NJ | 1-2 Days per Month | 1099

Walk into an established referral stream, one to two days a month, at a doctor-owned practice that wants you long term.

This is a privately owned, doctor-led general practice in the Princeton/West Windsor area. The owner dentist runs the clinical side along with an in-house manager, so you deal directly with the people making decisions. No corporate layers, no regional manager, no production quotas handed down from somewhere else. The practice has served the Princeton community for over 20 years, already hosts an in-house board-certified Periodontist, and is now adding Endodontics. The referrals are already there. They need the right specialist to treat them.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: 1-2 days per month to start, with room to grow as demand builds
• Day: Thursday preferred, other days can work
• Compensation: 45% of production, 1099 independent contractor
• Income potential: $4,000-$8,000 1-2 days/month
• Referrals: 8-12 existing endodontic referrals per month already in the practice
• Patient base: Roughly 2,000 active patients, about 80% PPO and 15-20% fee for service, no Medicaid or HMO
• Support: Dedicated assistant on your days
• Equipment: Owner is purchasing a microscope and wants your input on what to buy
• Technology: Digital radiography and panoramic, computers in every operatory, intraoral cameras, Straumann digital intraoral scanner
