This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for operations, census, staffing, budget, and survey and compliance readiness, with the autonomy to run the building and the support of a growing operator. Qualifications \- Active Maryland Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in good standing \- Experience administering a skilled nursing or long-term care facility \- Working knowledge of census, budget, staffing, and the survey process \- Strong, autonomous leadership with a resident-first approach Responsibilities \- Own day-to-day operations of the facility \- Drive census, budget, and staffing \- Maintain survey and regulatory compliance \- Lead the department heads and interdisciplinary team \- Report directly to ownership #J-18808-Ljbffr
