Registered Nurse (RN) Med/Surg Tele

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Med/Surg Tele unit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to provide high-quality patient care during the night shift.

This position is located in Rapides, LA. Please note that candidates must reside within a minimum radius of 50 miles from the designated location.

Night Shift: 7 PM 7 AM

Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients in the Med/Surg Tele unit.

Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Document patient progress and any changes in condition accurately.

Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge instructions.

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Louisiana.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Med/Surg Tele nursing role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
