Responsibilities Oversee administrative functions that support development, volunteer engagement, and communications activities Support fundraising initiatives, donor stewardship, marketing and communications efforts Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events Requirements High school diploma or Bachelor's degree Minimum of two years’ work experience in a comparable field, such as sales Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in a variety of software and database applications Core Competencies Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail while overseeing administrative functions, supporting fundraising initiatives, and maintaining donor records.
