Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent PACU experience, including Phase I and II recovery
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Previous travel nursing experience is beneficial but not required
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, team-oriented environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the immediate post-anesthesia period
• Monitor vital signs, manage pain, and ensure patient safety during recovery
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and support staff
• Educate patients and families regarding post-op care and recovery expectations
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
