Production Assembler
Crown Staffing is seeking dependable Production Assemblers for a cardboard manufacturing facility in High Hill, MO. This position involves hands-on manufacturing, assembling custom shipping boxes, assisting with production machinery, and keeping the work area clean and organized.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Location: High Hill, MO

Job Responsibilities

• Feed cardboard materials into production machines.
  
• Operate or assist with multiple machines during the manufacturing process.
  
• Use a box cutter to notch cardboard as needed.
  
• Glue foam to boards when required.
  
• Remove scrap cardboard and clear excess materials from production areas.
  
• Sweep and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  
• Assist with baler operations after training, as needed.
  
• Perform additional assembly, production, and general labor duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications

• Dependability and a willingness to learn.
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely around production equipment.
  
• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on manufacturing tasks.
  
• Ability to use hand tools, including a box cutter, safely.
  
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required.
