Job Description

Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Wound Care Visit We are currently looking for compassionate nurses to help care for our patient in L'Anse MI ! Wound care visits needed 1x daily! As a Private Duty Nurse with Centria Healthcare, you'll deliver compassionate, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Whether caring for a medically complex child or an adult recovering from a motor vehicle accident, you'll be making a meaningful difference every day.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
Communicate with families and care teams
Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care

Schedule & Pay

Full-time and part-time shifts available
Day, night, and weekend shifts
Weekly pay + optional daily pay

Qualifications

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Patient Population

Pediatrics (birth–21 years)
Adults with complex medical needs
