You'll provide vital speech-language services, helping young learners reach their fullest potential while gaining valuable experience in school-based therapy.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Minnesota (MN) SLP License required
  • Clinical Competence Certificate (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY consideration
  • Pediatric experience, preferably in elementary school settings
  • Familiarity with school-based SLP responsibilities
  • Strong evaluation and documentation skills
  • Ability to lead and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy to elementary students in both small group and individual formats
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique needs
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the student support team
  • Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
