Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year of experience required
• NJ or Compact PT License required prior to start

Assignment Details

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• No weekends are required
• Patient population includes ages 0-21 years

Location Highlights

Toms River offers access to the Jersey Shore and a mix of coastal recreation and suburban convenience. Ortley Beach and Seaside Heights are about 15 to 20 minutes away, and Island Beach State Park is roughly 25 minutes from the city for oceanfront trails and fishing. Downtown Toms River sits along the riverfront near Huddy Park and is within about 10 minutes of Garden State Parkway access for regional travel. The area also provides access to Cattus Island County Park with boardwalk trails and nature exhibits, while New York City and Philadelphia are each reachable in about 90 minutes by car.
