The Senior Director of LTSS Clinical Care Management leads and directs the long-term care management of members with physical, medical, and behavioral health care needs. This role is ideal for experienced leaders looking to improve healthcare outcomes and member experiences.

• Pay : $146,000 - $269,600/year
• Location : Remote, IN
• Residency : Must reside in Indiana or be willing to relocate to Indiana
• Schedule : Full Time, Day shift

What You'll Do

• Provide oversight and leadership to the long-term care management process
• Develop and communicate a vision and direction for the department
• Oversee work assignments and caseloads of long-term care management staff
• Monitor and sign off on contract required reporting
• Ensure compliance with corporate, state, and NCQA standards
• Attend conferences to stay updated on trends in Payer Care Management
• Lead and coordinate large or special project work
• Provide subject matter expert guidance to senior leadership
• Review long-term care member data to identify trends and improve performance
• Engage in onboarding, hiring, and training of new team members

Requirements

Education:

• Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred for positions overseeing BH team members

Experience:

• 10+ years of related experience required
• 5+ years management experience preferred

Licenses & Certifications:

• Current state's Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred, OR
• Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional or RN based on state contract requirements (e.g., LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC)
