Excellent Career Growth Potential!We are currently looking to fill Merchandiser opportunities as we continue to grow!The Sales Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability are stocked and maintained with proper product levels.Sales Merchandiser Duties and Responsibilities:Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts along a routeRotate products in the backroom and on the shelfUse equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.)Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accountsKeep backroom stock in neat and orderly conditionBuild customer relationships at the store levelSchedule:6:30 am until finish5 day work week, fluctuating days offMust be available to work weekendsMerchandiser Qualifications:Must be 18 years old or olderMust have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reachValid NYS Drivers LicenseMust have your own personal vehicle (this is required)Merchandiser Compensation & Benefits:Competitive pay (starting at $18+) PLUS monthly sales incentives up to $1000 - paid weekly on FridaysMileage reimbursement 50¢/mile + Gas allowance100% Company paid Health Benefits (no premium deduction from pay)Referral Bonuses + Attendance BonusesCompany Provided Uniforms401K/Roth option with 5% Company MatchCareer Advancement - paid CDL TrainingOccasional contests with incentives, Employee appreciation holiday gift, and fun Company events!To learn more about us, visit #J-18808-Ljbffr
