- Deliver a 2-hour private, in-home SAT/ACT tutoring sessions across the DC Metro area
- Build customized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs and goals
- Maintain consistent communication with students and parents while collaborating with the Top Score team to track progress and refine strategies
- Complete 50-60 hours of paid onboarding training to set you up for success
- 2+ years of SAT/ACT tutoring experience with a 95th percentile or higher score
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for student success
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong time management, and a reliable team player
- $55 - $100/hour based on experience and tenure, plus travel bonuses for drives over 30 minutes
- Access to proprietary resources, ongoing training, and opportunities to expand your subject portfolio and take on leadership roles
- Available evenings (4 -10 PM weekdays) and weekends with a minimum commitment of 8 teaching hours/week
- Reliable access to a car and willingness to travel up to 30 minutes for in-home sessions
- As part of our commitment to student safety, all tutors must pass a background check before their first session.
- Preferred 2+ year commitment; remote opportunities available for tutors who relocate
