Sales Consultant - Lipperts

• Base: $3,822/monthly + Commission & Bonuses

• Unlimited earning potential

• 40 hrs./5-day work week (Monday-Saturday)
  • Candidate should be available to work 2 Saturdays per month

• Determine overall flooring & design needs while offering a great customer experience
• Build genuine relationships with new & existing customers
• Schedule appointments for client design consultations
• Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided
• Measure spaces, estimate materials, provide suggestions, present proposals, manage payments, schedule installers & oversee project quality
• Keep the install team on track by sharing clear notes & photos
• Connect with vendors to clarify product details & stock status
• Engage in networking events & help generate new business leads
• Keep the showroom clean, organized & on trend.

• 2+ years' proven work experience in Retail Sales, Furniture Sales, Interior Design, Hospitality or similar role
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (REQUIRED)
• Ability to pass a background check & drug test (REQUIRED)
• Fundamental tech, social media & math skills
• Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business
• Quick to help customers get what they need
• Critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
• Personal & professional judgment
• Organizational skills & the flexibility to rapidly pivot from priority to priority
• Time management skills & detailed oriented
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
• Reading floor plan drawings & creating estimates a plus, but not required (Training provided)
• Knowledge of RFMS a plus, but not required (Training provided)
• Flooring or design experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
