Supports a positive customer shopping experience in the store and maintains a strong store partnership with store teams and loss prevention. Exercises sound judgment in decision-making to ensure their safety, the safety of others, and the protection of the Company brand. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. The Full Range of the position is $16.66 to $23.90 per hour.
