Lincoln Healthcare is hiring compassionate Hospice RNs for per diem opportunities with a well-established hospice provider in the Jasper area. This role offers flexibility and meaningful work supporting patients and families during end-of-life care. Hiring for day and night shifts, from 7 am - 7 pm, and 7 pm - 7 am.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete hospice admissions, assessments, and reassessments
- Manage symptoms and implement individualized plans of care
- Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Complete documentation, discharges, and pronouncements as needed
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN or LVN license
- 1+ year RN experience preferred
- Hospice or home health experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and compassionate bedside manner
- Reliable transportation; ability to pass background and drug screen
Position Details
- Per diem / PRN with flexible scheduling
- In-patient and out-patient assignments

Pay Rate
- RN: $43.00
- LVN: $36.00
