Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The position involves working primarily with inpatients and outpatients as needed and offers an opportunity to contribute to a swing bed program.

Job Responsibilities

Provide evaluation, planning, and implementation of patient care plans.

Deliver therapeutic interventions to promote optimal recovery outcomes.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical record systems.

Guide and mentor physical therapy assistants in delivering quality care.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.

Experience with swing bed programs is preferred.

Proficient with electronic medical records, specifically Web PT and TruBridge.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Staffing and Work Environment

The role typically involves a staffing ratio of 1-2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapy Assistants, fostering a collaborative and supportive workplace. The position requires 8-hour workdays with flexibility to provide services in both inpatient and outpatient settings as needed.
