Job Description

Our team is growing, and we are looking for an Entry-Level Sales Support Associate to join our customer-focused retail team. This full-time position offers hands-on training, professional development, and opportunities for advancement based on performance.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, and comfortable working directly with customers in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience is not required — we value attitude, work ethic, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support customers with product and sales inquiries
Engage with customers to complete sales
Build positive customer relationships
Educate customers on telecom products and services for their residential needs
Represent clients professionally
Collect customer information to complete sales
Work alongside team members to achieve daily goals

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and professionalism
Ability to work in a team environment
Full-time availability
Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, or athletics are encouraged to apply
