What You'll Do Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to your students Support children through learning, playing, meals, and resting Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring classroom environment Collaborate with your team to develop creative curriculum ideas Communicate with families daily through mobile apps and personal updates Requirements CDA, ECE certificate, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field (or equivalent coursework) Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility or active enrollment in an accredited program may be considered with experience. The pay range listed is what we in good faith anticipate offering for this job position. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by several factors, including a candidate’s experience, education and training, certifications, geographic location and other relevant organization and business factors.
