Asset Protection Outlet Associate

Summary The Asset Protection Outlet Associate is responsible for protecting store merchandise, reducing shrink, and maintaining a safe shopping environment at the outlet location in Grand Prairie. The role involves monitoring customer activity, conducting floor patrols and surveillance, and assisting with investigations of suspicious incidents. The associate works closely with store management and team members to enforce asset protection and safety policies. Responsibilities Monitor the sales floor, fitting rooms, and entrances for suspicious behavior Conduct routine patrols and operate surveillance systems as directed Respond to incidents, assist with investigations, and detain individuals when appropriate Document incidents and maintain accurate loss prevention records Support inventory counts, audits, and recovery efforts Collaborate with store team to implement asset protection and safety procedures Requirements Prior retail or loss prevention experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience Ability to stand, walk, and perform regular patrols for extended periods Flexible availability to work a part-time schedule including nights and weekends Must be able to pass a background check and any required screenings #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
