Patient Care Coordinator – Elite Executive Health Program Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Job Description Overview: Salveo Direct Care is seeking a professional, personable, and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to support our growing Executive Health program. This role is responsible for creating a seamless, personalized, and elevated healthcare experience for executive-level clients, business owners, and high-income professionals. The ideal candidate combines strong healthcare administrative skills with a hospitality-minded approach to client service. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for Executive Health clients before, during, and after their visit. Coordinate comprehensive executive exams, including scheduling, confirmations, preparation, testing, provider visits, and follow-up. Welcome and personally assist clients throughout their visit, ensuring they feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for. Coordinate with physicians, medical assistants, specialists, and outside providers to ensure a seamless exam experience. Assist with transporting clients to and from specialist appointments when needed. Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email, and other approved communication channels. Collect and maintain accurate patient information, medical records, forms, and documentation. Assist with invoicing, payment collection, and financial coordination for executive exams. Maintain a clean, organized, and polished client-facing environment. Anticipate client needs and proactively address questions, concerns, and logistical details. Support day-to-day administrative and patient care coordination needs as necessary. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when working with sensitive health and personal information. Qualifications: Prior experience in a medical office, direct primary care, concierge medicine, executive health, specialty practice, hospitality, or luxury client-service environment preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare office operations. Experience with EHR and scheduling systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and follow through independently. Comfortable interacting with executives, business owners, physicians, and other high-level clientele. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times. A hospitality or customer-service mindset with a genuine commitment to creating an exceptional client experience.
