Overview Otolaryngologist – Start Date: ASAP. Available shifts: 4‑5 day work week. Salary: $700,000.00 – $950,000.00 per year. Responsibilities Build and maintain a comprehensive ENT practice with 2–3 clinic days and 1–2 full operating room block days each week. Provide clinical care to patients across inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory spaces. Participate in a 1:5 call rotation with added compensation. Utilize Epic EMR and Dragon Ambient eXperience (DAX) for documentation and clinical workflow. Collaborate with a team including audiology, advanced practice providers, and a dedicated scheduler. Optional teaching involvement: residents/medical students from SUNY Upstate may rotate. Work in a Level II Trauma environment. Qualifications Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery. Clinical experience in otolaryngology (preferred). Ability to work within a collaborative, physician‑led, non‑profit setting. Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary $700,000–$950,000, reviewed annually and eligible for work relative value unit (wRVU) incentives after a threshold. Retention bonuses ranging from $25,000 to $100,000. Loan repayment assistance up to $75,000. Relocation assistance $2,500–$10,000. Integrated practice support: audiology owned by the group; 3.0 advanced practice providers, RN/LPN, and medical‑office assistants, plus a dedicated operating room scheduler. Schedule designed for balance, typically 2–3 clinic days and 1–2 full OR block days per week. Location Binghamton, New York – Greater Binghamton area. The city offers affordable housing, a university vibe, parks, riverfront trails, and easy access to outdoor recreation, with median home values well below national averages.
