Utilities Superintendent - Cottage Grove

Reporting to the Deputy Public Works Director, the Utilities Superintendent leads and manages the City’s utility operations, including water treatment, water distribution, sanitary sewer, and street lighting systems, to ensure high-quality service to the community. The Superintendent also serves as a member of the department’s leadership team. The Utilities Division operates with a 2026 budget of $6.8 million and a team of 12.5 FTEs.
