ADS CDL A OTR Truck Drivers Enjoy:
- CDL A Truck Driver Pay: $80,000-$100,000 per year
- The average mileage per week is 2,500-3,500 miles. Your schedule is 3-4 weeks followed by a full 5 days of guaranteed home time!
- $5,000 Driver Sign-On Bonus
- CDL A Truck Driver Referral Bonus - $5,000
- Quarterly Safety bonus- 3%
- Drive modern, well-maintained equipment
- Top 100 Private Fleet
- Paid on all hub miles - loaded & empty
- Stop pay on ALL stops
- Local dedicated dispatcher for every driver
- Tuition reimbursement
- PTO and paid Holidays
- Medical, Dental, Vision (ADS pays an average of 80%)
- 401K with company match
- Driver benefits begin first of the month following or coinciding with 30 days of service
CDL A OTR Truck Driver Requirements:
- Valid CDL A
- At least 1 Year Verifiable OTR Experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to pass DOT drug test and DOT physical test
