SAP Record to Report Delivery Lead

Role Summary This role will own the finance and accounting work stream for the North America Stabilization and upcoming EMEA S/4HANA rollout, bringing the functional depth, business fluency, and consulting presence needed to guide finance stakeholders through design, testing, cutover, and adoption. Key Responsibilities Own the R2R / FI-CO work stream for the EMEA rollout. Lead finance workshops and fit-gap sessions across EMEA business units. Translate statutory, close, accounting, and management reporting needs into S/4HANA process and configuration designs. Protect the global template while evaluating local finance requirements. Partner with Lead-to-Cash, P2P, manufacturing, data, testing, and reporting teams on cross-process impacts. Guide testing, defect triage, and finance readiness planning. Prepare decision materials and communicate risks to business and IT leadership. Support cutover, close readiness, and post-go-live hypercare. Required Qualifications 10 years of SAP R2R / FI-CO experience. S/4HANA implementation experience required. Prior work stream lead experience on global or multi-country SAP deployments. Strong business fluency with finance, accounting, and close processes. Ability to influence finance stakeholders and explain tradeoffs between local preferences and global template discipline. Willingness to travel up to 50% if needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience with EMEA statutory, IFRS, or multi-country finance requirements.
