You will drive initiatives focused on FP&A process redesign, operating model transformation, and the deployment of modern planning, analytics, and AI-enabled technologies.As a Manager, you will lead client engagement workstreams, oversee high-performing teams, and independently solve complex business and operational challenges to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, mentoring and coaching team members, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive innovation. This role requires collaboration across business, finance, and technology stakeholders to help clients enhance performance management capabilities and enable more strategic, data-driven finance organizations.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of FP&A transformation and enterprise performance management solutionsManage client engagement workstreams focused on planning, forecasting, reporting, and finance operating model transformationOversee the deployment and optimization of finance technologies, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled capabilitiesHelp clients identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve decision-making and operational efficiencyLead workshops, stakeholder discussions, and working sessions to define business requirements and future-state processesSupervise, coach, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environmentManage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor across finance transformation initiativesSolve complex business and operational challenges and develop strategic, actionable recommendationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes, governance, data, and reporting capabilitiesEnsure consistent delivery quality, effective project execution, and alignment with client expectationsCollaborate across cross-functional business, finance, and technology teams in complex project environmentsWhat You Must Have- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology- 8 years of experienceWhat Sets You ApartMaster of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree preferredExperience leading FP&A transformation, finance modernization, or enterprise performance management initiativesDemonstrated experience managing and executing workstreams within large-scale finance transformation programsUnderstanding of planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and finance operating model designExperience leading the implementation or optimization of EPM, analytics, or finance technology solutionsFamiliarity with AI, automation, and data-driven capabilities within finance and performance management functionsExperience leveraging business intelligence, dashboarding, and visualization tools to support executive decision-makingStrong client relationship management and executive communication skills within a professional services environmentExperience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior professionals in complex project settingsAbility to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in an Agile or fast-paced environmentTravel RequirementsUp to 80%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
