Job Description

Job Summary:

The CT Tech is responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography imaging procedures to support diagnosis and patient care. This role requires technical expertise, trauma experience, and excellent patient interaction skills.

Responsibilities:

• Operate GE Optima CT scanners to produce accurate diagnostic images.
• Assist with all CT exams, including trauma-related procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation using McKesson PACS and Meditech systems.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout imaging processes.
• Adhere to hospital policies including dress code and certification requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with clinical staff to optimize patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT (CT) certification and KS state license.
• Possess at least 2 years of CT imaging experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with GE CT equipment and trauma imaging.
• Exhibit excellent patient care skills and flexibility in scheduling.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Possess strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
