Litigation Attorney, Personal InjuryA successful and expanding personal injury law firm in with offices in Marietta and Douglasville is seeking a seasoned, results-driven Litigation Attorney, Personal Injury to join its litigation team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated litigator with 3-5 years of experience in plaintiff and/or insurance defense litigation who is ready to take full ownership of cases from intake through resolution, including trial. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and demonstrates strong advocacy skills, sound legal judgment, and a commitment to achieving optimal outcomes for injured clients.
