Registered Nurse - MedSurg

Position located in an unspecified city and state.

This is a 13-week contract position.

7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with a focus on a bi-weekly orientation schedule.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a MedSurg role within a busy healthcare facility. The candidate will work in various departments and provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans.
• Meet the needs of adult and geriatric populations, focusing on common diagnoses such as pneumonia, COPD, CHF, and CVA.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with patients and staff.
• Adhere to all applicable compliance, safety, and regulatory standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of MedSurg experience required.
• Ability to float to all areas of the facility as necessary.
