Background Clearance Specialist - Childcare Programs

Nyc DEP

The NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is seeking a Clearance Administrator to conduct comprehensive background checks for childcare staff. The role includes reviewing applications for accuracy, managing clearance requests, and providing technical assistance related to licensing. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and preferably experience in investigations.
