You must be friendly to staff and customers, make drinks according to established standards, and create a great bar experience while working hard and having a great time. Physical Standards Ability to remain stationary and move well-paced for up to four (4) hours. Safe reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds. Transport plates, glasses, baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen ~30 times per shift. Clear speaking and attentive listening to employees and dining room staff. Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings/masks, and disinfectant cleaning supplies entire shift. Frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap during shift.
