Quality Manager - Electrical / Mechanical

Quality Manager - Electrical / Mechanical – Data Center Construction (100% Travel, US-Wide) We are hiring Quality Managers to support large-scale hyperscale data center construction projects across the United States. This is a fully travel-based role, supporting mission‑critical builds from installation through commissioning and handover. While this role is site-based, the company actively supports work‑life balance, aims to maintain a standard working week, and compensates fairly when client or project needs require work outside normal hours. Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr What You’ll Do Lead on‑site QA/QC across mechanical and/or electrical scopes Manage inspections, testing, and quality documentation Ensure contractors meet project, code, and client quality standards Drive resolution and close‑out of quality issues Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and inspection reports Coordinate with construction, design, and client quality teams Support commissioning and project close‑out Mentor junior quality staff and promote a strong quality culture What We’re Looking For QA/QC experience on complex or mission‑critical construction projects Mechanical/Electrical trade background Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Clear communicator with strong documentation skills Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Valid US driver’s license OSHA 30, electrical safety, and First Aid/CPR (or ability to obtain) Willingness to travel 100% nationwide Multiple roles available across the US Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Quality Assurance Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Tuition assistance #J-18808-Ljbffr Empiric
