RN Pharmacy & Medication Coordinator | Skilled Nursing

A skilled nursing facility in eastern Massachusetts is seeking an experienced RN Pharmacy & Medication Coordinator for a full-time, non-bedside role offering $105,000-$110,000 annually with no clinical on-call responsibilities. This position focuses on medication coordination, therapeutic interchange processes, and collaboration with pharmacy providers and physicians to support safe, efficient, and compliant medication management for residents.
