Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist - Nursing

Organization: HR Talent Acquisition Job Summary: Achieves staffing objectives by sourcing, screening, and delivering qualified, diverse applicants under occasional guidance. Determines most effective sourcing method and identifies creative strategies to attract talent. . Prior clinical sourcing experience is required, with nursing sourcing experience strongly preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Source external passive candidates using various resources and/or creative methods. Source candidates by creating search strategies and identifying potential talent from candidate database. Post positions via internet; run advertisements; organize and attend job fairs; review employee referrals; social media, etc. Determine most effective sourcing method and identify creative strategies to attract talent. Conduct phone screens to pre-qualify all candidates for interview consideration.

Documentation (Intermediate): Ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, thorough, and compliant. Networking (Intermediate): Build relationships through industry contacts, professional organizations, and individuals. Recruiting Needs Assessment (Intermediate): Determine specific staffing needs including overall experience, competency and education needs and requirements. Interviewing (Intermediate): Gather information for purposes of recruitment, customer requirements, business needs and other subjects.
