Registered Nurse - Evening Shift and Night Shift
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our evening shift and night shift team at Alhambra Health and Rehabilitation Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and performing various medical procedures
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team and physicians
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records of patient care
- Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
