Care Advantage Inc. is looking to hire full- or part-time LPNs to provide in-home care services to our clients in the Cedar Bluff, VA area. Job Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

• Preparing clinical documentation
• Completing home visits
• Reporting changes in patient status
• Following patient's plan of treatment

Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to work at least 2 weekends a month
• Tracheotomy care, Ostomy Care, G-Tube, Wound Care, and Bowel and Bladder Care training
• Criminal record check that meets hiring guidelines
• CPR certification
• Two satisfactory references
• Valid LPN license with at least one year of experience as an LPN
• Reliable transportation
